Invite Team Members
Add team members to collaborate on your chatbots.
Accessing Team Settings
- Go to your dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Team
Inviting a Team Member
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invite
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Invitation Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, waiting for acceptance |
| Active | Member has joined the organization |
Pending Invitations
Pending invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend the invitation if it expires.
Team Member Limits
The number of team members depends on your plan:
| Plan | Team Members |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 (just you) |
| Starter | 3 |
| Pro | 10 |
| Business | Unlimited |
The remaining slots are shown in the Team settings page.
Managing Team Members
Change a Member's Role
- Find the member in the team list
- Click on their role
- Select the new role
- Confirm the change
Remove a Team Member
- Find the member in the team list
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Removing Members
When you remove a member, they immediately lose access to your organization's chatbots and data.
What Team Members Can Access
All team members can:
- View all chatbots in the organization
- Access the dashboard
- View analytics
Access to specific features depends on their role.
Upgrading for More Seats
If you've reached your team member limit:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View available plans
- Upgrade to a plan with more seats
Or remove inactive team members to free up seats.
Troubleshooting
Invitation Not Received
- Check the spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address is correct
- Resend the invitation
Cannot Add More Members
- Check your plan's team member limit
- Remove inactive members or pending invitations
- Upgrade to a plan with more seats
