Invite Team Members

Add team members to collaborate on your chatbots.

Accessing Team Settings

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Select Team

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role (Admin or Member)
  4. Click Send Invite

The invited person receives an email with a link to join your organization.

Invitation Status

StatusMeaning
PendingInvitation sent, waiting for acceptance
ActiveMember has joined the organization
Pending Invitations

Pending invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend the invitation if it expires.

Team Member Limits

The number of team members depends on your plan:

The remaining slots are shown in the Team settings page.

Managing Team Members

Change a Member's Role

  1. Find the member in the team list
  2. Click on their role
  3. Select the new role
  4. Confirm the change

Remove a Team Member

  1. Find the member in the team list
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal
Removing Members

When you remove a member, they immediately lose access to your organization's chatbots and data.

What Team Members Can Access

All team members can:

  • View all chatbots in the organization
  • Access the dashboard
  • View analytics

Access to specific features depends on their role.

Upgrading for More Seats

If you've reached your team member limit:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View available plans
  3. Upgrade to a plan with more seats

Or remove inactive team members to free up seats.

Troubleshooting

Invitation Not Received

  • Check the spam/junk folder
  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Resend the invitation

Cannot Add More Members

  • Check your plan's team member limit
  • Remove inactive members or pending invitations
  • Upgrade to a plan with more seats
