What Are AI Actions?​

AI Actions are automated tasks your chatbot performs:

  • Lead qualification - Scoring leads using BANT methodology
  • Ticket creation - Creating support tickets from conversations
  • Contact capture - Collecting user information

Each AI action counts as 1 unit from your monthly quota.

Messages vs AI Actions

Messages are the back-and-forth conversation. AI Actions are special automated tasks the chatbot performs during conversations.

Upgrading Your Plan​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment through Stripe

Your new limits take effect immediately.

Downgrading​

To downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your billing period
Downgrade Limits

Before downgrading, check that you're within the new plan's limits (chatbots, team members, storage).

Billing Cycle​

  • Plans are billed monthly
  • Your billing cycle starts when you upgrade
  • Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
  • Free plan uses 30-day rolling periods
