Starter Plan​

For small businesses getting started with AI agents.

Everything in Free, plus:

  • Access to the Starter model tier (GPT-4o, GPT-4.1 mini, Claude Haiku 4.5)
  • The Meeting Scheduling agent

Pro Plan​

For growing businesses with higher volume needs.

What About AI Actions?​

AI actions are the things an agent does rather than says — qualifying a lead, creating a support ticket, booking a meeting, looking up a product.

They are included on every plan and are not metered separately. Only message credits are counted. A conversation in which the agent books a meeting costs exactly the same as one where it only answers a question.

Which agents you can run still depends on your plan — the Meeting Scheduling agent requires Starter or above.

Upgrading Your Plan​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment through Stripe

Your new limits take effect immediately.

Downgrading​

To downgrade to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your billing period

:::warning Downgrade Limits Before downgrading, check that you're within the new plan's limits for agents, team members, and storage. :::

Cancelling​

Cancellation is always scheduled for the end of the current billing period — there is no immediate lockout. Until that date you keep full paid access. After it, the organization moves to the free tier (100 messages per month) with all agents, documents, and conversations intact.

Billing Cycle​

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly
  • Your billing cycle starts when you upgrade
  • Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
  • The free plan uses 30-day rolling periods
