What Are AI Actions?
AI Actions are automated tasks your chatbot performs:
- Lead qualification - Scoring leads using BANT methodology
- Ticket creation - Creating support tickets from conversations
- Contact capture - Collecting user information
Each AI action counts as 1 unit from your monthly quota.

Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment through Stripe
Your new limits take effect immediately.
Downgrading
To downgrade to a lower plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- The change takes effect at the end of your billing period
:::warning Downgrade Limits Before downgrading, check that you're within the new plan's limits (chatbots, team members, storage). :::
Billing Cycle
- Plans are billed monthly
- Your billing cycle starts when you upgrade
- Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period
- Free plan uses 30-day rolling periods
