Settings Overview
Chatbot Name
Give your chatbot a descriptive name that helps you identify it. This name is visible only to you and your team - not to end users.
Examples:
- "Customer Support Bot"
- "Sales Assistant"
- "Product FAQ Bot"
Description
Add an optional description to help team members understand the chatbot's purpose.
Chatbot ID
A unique identifier automatically assigned to your chatbot. You'll need this ID when embedding the chatbot on your website.
Click the copy button next to the ID to copy it to your clipboard.
Status
Toggle your chatbot's active status:
- Active - Chatbot responds to messages
- Inactive - Chatbot is paused and won't respond
When a chatbot is inactive, the widget will still appear on your website but won't respond to user messages.
Tags
Add tags to organize your chatbots. Useful when you have multiple chatbots for different purposes.
Conversation Statistics
The general settings page also displays:
- Total number of conversations
- Date the chatbot was created
- Last activity timestamp
Deleting a Chatbot
Deleting a chatbot removes all its training data, conversations, and analytics. This cannot be undone.
To delete a chatbot:
- Scroll to the bottom of General Settings
- Click Delete Chatbot
- Confirm the deletion
