How it works
From Notion page to grounded answer
The connection is deliberately selective. Leezy does not import an entire workspace by default, and content updates reach the agent after a controlled re-sync.

Connect the workspace
An owner or admin starts the OAuth flow in Leezy and chooses the correct Notion workspace.

Grant page access
Use Notion's authorization screen to select the pages the connection is allowed to read.

Choose which of the shared pages belong in this agent's knowledge base. Other agents can use a different selection.

When documentation changes in Notion, run a re-sync so the imported source reflects the new version.

Selected-page scope
Notion only exposes pages granted to the connection. Private or draft content can remain outside the integration.

Owner and admin control
Only organization owners and admins can connect or disconnect the Notion workspace in Leezy.
Removable sources
Removing an imported source from Leezy removes it from the agent's knowledge base without deleting the original page in Notion.

FAQ: Notion as an AI knowledge source
Does Leezy import my entire Notion workspace?
No. During authorization you select the pages the connection may access. After that, you decide per agent which shared pages to import into its knowledge base.
What happens when a Notion page changes?
Run a re-sync in Leezy after an edit. The imported source is then processed again so subsequent answers can use the updated version. The page is not presented as a live database query.
Who can connect Notion to Leezy?
Only owners and admins of the Leezy organization can create or remove the organization-level Notion connection. Notion may apply additional workspace controls to connection installation and page access.
Can multiple agents use different Notion pages?
Yes. One Notion connection serves the Leezy organization, while imported pages are selected per agent. This lets support, sales, and internal agents use different approved sources.
Does removing a source delete the Notion page?
No. Removing a Notion source in Leezy removes that knowledge from the agent. The original page remains in Notion.
Can I combine Notion with websites and documents?
Yes. Notion pages can sit alongside crawled websites, uploaded documents, and curated Q&A pairs in the same agent knowledge base.
Should I import pages containing personal data?
