Commerce Analytics
Track revenue, cart recovery, and AI sales agent performance. Requires a connected Shopify store.
Accessing Commerce Analytics
- Open your agent in the dashboard
- Go to Analytics > Commerce
Choose a window of the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
Metrics
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Agent revenue | Revenue attributed to the AI sales agent |
| Cart recovery rate | Share of abandoned carts recovered, with the count of carts recovered |
| Recovered revenue | Revenue specifically from abandoned-cart recovery |
| Conversion rate | Chat → purchase |
Reading Attribution Honestly
Attributed revenue means the agent was involved in the path to purchase. It does not prove the sale would not have happened otherwise. Two habits keep the numbers useful:
- Compare periods, not absolutes. The trend after a change is more informative than the total.
- Read conversion alongside revenue. Rising revenue with falling conversion usually means more traffic, not a better agent.
ROI Calculator
The page includes a calculator that estimates additional revenue from the sales agent based on your monthly store visitors and current performance. Use it for planning conversations, and check the estimate against the attributed figures once real data accumulates.
Improving the Numbers
- Sync the catalogue often. Wrong prices and missing variants kill conversion faster than anything else. See Product sync.
- Answer shipping, returns, and sizing questions. These are the questions that stall carts; put them in Q&A pairs.
- Check sentiment on non-converting chats. Frustration in pre-purchase conversations is expensive.
No Data Yet
Commerce analytics needs a connected Shopify store, a synced catalogue, and store traffic. Without a connection the page has nothing to attribute.
